How can you use the Europass?

Are you interested in an intership or studying abroad in Europe? The following Europass documents will help you to document your educational and internship experiences and make them clearly understood all across Europe.

Curriculum Vitae

Make your qualifications and skills clearly understood throughout Europe. The template is adaptable: personal strengths can be highlighted, information can be added or omitted.

Language passport

The language passport provides an easy framework you can use to display your language skills. It can be used for job applications or when planning further education.

Mobility

Europass Mobility documents courses of study attended during a stay abroad. It takes professional competences and informally acquired skills into account. Europass mobility is a European template that can be used to document internships.

Certificate Supplement

If you completed an apprenticeship or hold a certificate from a vocational school, attach the Europass certificate supplement to your certificate or transcript to make your skills more transparent. Certificate supplements make it possible to compare vocational programmes in different countries.

Diploma Supplement

If you graduated from an Austrian university, university of applied science, university college of teacher education, or higher education institution for health professions the diploma supplement offers a clear and internationally comparable description of individual courses of study.
